Test endpoints with init data
Run an endpoint with a ctx.initData fixture and confirm both the authorized path and the 401 rejection before users hit it.
Endpoints are not ordinary HTTP handlers: the platform verifies Telegram init data and rejects calls without it. `tgcloud run endpoints/<name> '{}' --ctx '{ initData: { user: { id: 1 } } }'` lets you exercise that exact path locally.
Test the missing or invalid case too. A Mini App that forgets to call through the Telegram client should fail closed, not fall through to an unauthenticated response.
